The Aero 40FP
The Cold Jet Aero 40FP is a compact dry ice blaster designed for light-duty cleaning and use in confined or sensitive environments.
The Aero 40FP is a mid-range dry ice blasting unit designed for full-pressure cleaning applications. It incorporates a radial feed system that uses aerodynamic loading to extend the life of internal components, along with a lightweight motor that improves efficiency and reduces power demand. A refined rotor design delivers consistent, smooth blasting and allows for precise control of dry ice feed rates. An integrated pressure regulator gives operators added flexibility, and with the right accessories, the Aero 40FP can be configured to meet a wide range of cleaning needs while maintaining a proven, dependable design.

The Aero 80FP
The Cold Jet Aero 80FP is a higher-power dry ice blaster with greater air pressure and flow, built for faster, heavy-duty industrial cleaning.
The Aero 80FP is a full-pressure dry ice blasting system built for high-performance cleaning applications. It features a radial feed design that uses aerodynamic loading to help minimize wear on internal components, along with a compact motor that reduces overall weight and improves energy efficiency. A precision-engineered rotor delivers smooth, pulse-free blasting and allows for accurate control of dry ice output. An integrated pressure regulator comes standard, and when paired with the right accessories, the Aero 80FP offers advanced cleaning capability in a durable, field-proven platform.

Rental Extensions
Customers who wish to extend the rental period beyond the terms of the rental agreement must communicate with Arctic, and both parties must mutually agree to an extension. This will be subject to availability and the rental calendar.
After Cooler
Customers using an air compressor without an air dryer are required to rent the After Cooler for optimal performance and safe operation of the machine. All tow-behind air compressors require the After Cooler.

How Much Do I need?
The amount of dry ice rice needed for blasting will vary based on several factors.
Such as square footage of the area being cleaned, the degree of contaminant to be cleaned, etc. On average you will use approximately 2-3 pounds of ice rice per minute for most cleaning jobs. Our dry ice blasting units have settings that will allow you to fine tune material usage. As you use the machine you will become more accustomed to its cleaning power and the amount of rice needed.
